September 24, 2025 – WhiteHorse Capital is pleased to announce that it has agented a new first lien credit facility to support Balmoral Funds’ LLC (“Balmoral”) acquisition of Wilbur-Ellis Nutrition, LLC (“Rangen” or the “Company”). Headquartered in Buhl, ID, the Company engages in the manufacturing, marketing and international distribution of pet, livestock, and aquaculture nutrition products.
