Steven Rosen is an Operating Partner, Strategy & Transformation based in H.I.G.’s New York office. He supports portfolio value creation initiatives across the firm’s U.S. private equity funds.

Steven has over 10 years of strategy and portfolio operations experience in a broad range of industries. Prior to joining H.I.G., Steven was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he focused on due diligence and portfolio company value creation for PE clients. Earlier in his career, he worked in the Resources Group at American Securities LLC.

Steven earned an M.B.A. with honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his undergraduate degree from Princeton University.
