Dan is a Managing Director on H.I.G.’s GP Solutions team. He is based in the firm’s New York office and leads all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, transaction structuring, deal execution, and portfolio monitoring.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Dan was a Managing Director, Partner, and Investment Committee member of Morgan Stanley’s Ashbridge secondaries team, where he focused on single-asset GP-led transactions. Dan has over 18 years of experience as an investor and leader in the private equity secondaries market.

Dan earned a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University.
