Adam Whitman Principal

Adam Whitman is a Principal in H.I.G.’s Capital Formation Group. Based in New York, Adam is responsible for capital-raising and investor relations activities within the U.S. Intermediary and Private Wealth channels across all of the firm’s strategies.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Adam was a Principal at Sculptor Capital, where he was responsible for the firm’s business development efforts with RIAs, multi-family offices, and wirehouse firms in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. Prior to Sculptor, Adam held similar roles at Carlyle, Capital Dynamics, and Lord Abbett, covering the Private Wealth channel.

Adam earned his B.A. degree from Syracuse University.
