Chelsea Fernandez Principal

Chelsea serves as a Principal in H.I.G.’s Capital Formation Group. Based in Miami, Chelsea is responsible for capital raising and investor relations across the firm’s private equity and real assets funds.

Chelsea has over a decade of experience in alternative investments capital raising roles. Prior to joining H.I.G., Chelsea was a Product Specialist in Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s wealth management group, where she supported the selection, structuring, marketing, and management of private equity, private credit, and real asset products.

Chelsea earned a B.S. in Business Administration, with concentrations in Alternative Investments, Finance, and Information Technology, from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business.
