Brian Dutzar Managing Director

Brian Dutzar is a Managing Director in H.I.G.’s Capital Formation Group. Based in Denver, Brian is responsible for capital raising and investor relations activities within the U.S. intermediary and private wealth channels, across all of the firm’s strategies.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Brian was a Managing Director at Monroe Capital, where he led the firm’s business development efforts with RIAs, multi-family offices, broker/dealers, and high net worth individuals throughout the Central and Western U.S. Prior to Monroe Capital, Brian held similar roles at Perella Weinberg Partners, Man Investments, and Wells Fargo.

Brian earned his B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida and is a CAIA Charterholder.
