Joseph Cordrey Principal
Joseph is a Principal in H.I.G.’s Infrastructure Fund based in the New York office. Joseph is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including origination, transaction structuring, financing, and the execution of post-closing growth strategies.
Joseph has over a decade of experience in private equity and M&A, with a focus on energy transition, water, and waste infrastructure. Prior to joining H.I.G., Joseph worked at The Carlyle Group, where he focused on energy investments. Joseph began his career at Morgan Stanley in the energy investment banking group.
Joseph earned his undergraduate degree from Union College and his M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
