Colin Ingoldsby Principal

Colin is a Principal in H.I.G.’s LBO Fund based in the Miami office. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including origination, transaction structuring, financing, and execution of post-closing growth and operational initiatives.

With over a decade of experience in private equity and M&A, Colin has executed investments across several industries, including industrials, business services, healthcare, and consumer.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Colin began his career at Citi, focusing on M&A transactions, capital raises, and other strategic initiatives.

Colin earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami.
