Justin is a Principal in H.I.G.’s Middle Market Fund based in the New York office. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including origination, transaction structuring, financing, and execution of post-closing growth and operational strategies.

Justin has over a decade of private equity investing and M&A experience. Prior to joining H.I.G., he was an investment professional at Audax Private Equity and began his career in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Credit Suisse.

Justin received his M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University.
