Elliott is a Director on H.I.G.’s European LBO team based in the London office. He focuses on leveraged buyout transactions across the U.K., Ireland, the Netherlands, and the Nordics and is responsible for all aspects of the investment process.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Elliott founded and exited a VC-backed technology business. Prior to that, Elliott was a Strategy Consultant at Javelin Group, focused on buy-side commercial due diligence and strategic projects for large corporates.

Elliott holds a first-class honors degree from Oxford University.
