Advertising Industry Veteran Karen Bressner Joins REVShare As Chief Revenue Officer and EVP for Sales and MarketingREVShare Opens Office in New York

TEMECULA, CA – December 10, 2009 – REVShare, the largest provider of cost-per-action television advertising, today announced it has appointed Karen Bressner Chief Revenue Officer and Executive Vice President for Sales and Marketing. Ms. Bressner began her duties in November and is based in REVShare’s new office in New York City.

Joseph Gray, Chief Executive Officer of REVShare, said, “Karen is one of the most capable advertising executives in this arena and having an East Coast presence will allow us to expand our agency relationships and work closer with existing agency clients.”

In 2008, REVShare successfully monetized the retail equivalent of $500 million worth of scatter market television time through its unique cost-per-action advertising exchange. REVShare aggregates unpurchased television advertising time from a network of more than 1,700 broadcast and cable companies and makes it available to advertisers on a cost-per-action basis (similar to pay-per-click on the web). Advertisers air 30 and 60 second commercials and pay a rate based on the number of consumer inquiries (made through any combination of phone, web, or SMS) generated by the advertisement. In 2007, REVShare raised $20 million of investment from HIG and The Carlyle Group.

Ms. Bressner brings 29 years of strategic and managerial experience in the advertising industry to this new position. Prior to REVShare, Ms. Bressner was the Senior Vice President Advertising Sales for TiVo, a leader in interactive television. Prior to TiVo, she was Senior Vice President for Advertising Sales at Viacom overseeing Nick at Nite and TV Land. Prior to that, Ms. Bressner was Vice President, Eastern Region Sales for Discovery Communications, Inc. She began her career at Young & Rubicam Inc and then Foote, Cone & Belding.

Ms. Bressner said, “I am thrilled to join the REVShare team. I am excited about opening a New York office and offering REVShare’s unique and proprietary metrics to the advertising community from coast to coast.”

In 2007, Ms. Bressner was named Working Mother Magazine’s “Advertising Working Mother of the Year” and in 1990, she received the Marketing & Media Decision’s “Star Watch” award.

Ms. Bressner earned her undergraduate degree in advertising from Penn State University.
