AVI-SPL, an H.I.G. Capital Portfolio Company, Completes Acquisition of Anderson Audio Visual

MIAMI – November 30, 2016 – H.I.G. Capital, LLC (“H.I.G.”), a leading global private equity investment firm with more than $20 billion of equity capital under management, is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, AVI-SPL, Inc. (“AVI-SPL”), has acquired Anderson Audio Visual (“Anderson”). AVI-SPL is the global leader in enterprise grade audio visual (“AV”) systems integration and collaboration solutions. Anderson’s market leading regional capabilities will strengthen AVI-SPL’s presence in high growth markets and expand AVI-SPL’s industry leading global support and services platform to current and prospective customers.
