H.I.G. Capital Acquires a Strategic Stake in Two Leading Brazilian Online Companies

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – September 16, 2014 – H.I.G. Capital, LLC (“H.I.G.”), a leading global private investment firm, announced today that its Brazilian affiliate has completed strategic investments in Grupo NZN (“NZN”) and Click Jogos (“CJ”), two of the largest players in the digital media space in Brazil. As part of the transaction, NZN and Click Jogos will merge.

Founded in 2000, NZN is among the top 10 most accessed web properties in Brazil, with nearly 30 million monthly unique visitors. The Company is a digital content leader in technology, software guides, game reviews, general curiosities and TV show news.
