H.I.G. Capital Acquires Constructive Media, a Leading Platform of Digital Media Products

BOSTON – December 8, 2015 – H.I.G. Capital (“H.I.G.”), a leading global private equity investment firm with $19 billion of equity capital under management, is pleased to announce that an affiliate has completed a strategic investment in Constructive Media (“CM” or the “Company”) a leading platform of digital media products serving the casual gaming and digital education markets.
