Nexidia’s ESI 8.3 Adds Advanced Integration and Enhanced Enterprise ReviewPremier Audio Discovery Solution Integrates Directly with CaseMap and Other Software to Streamline Review of Large Audio Data Sets

ATLANTA, GA – May 13, 2010Nexidia, Inc., the market-leading provider of audio search and review software, announced today that it has released Version 8.3 of its flagship audio discovery software, Nexidia ESI. This new version includes several enhancements specifically designed for legal and regulatory reviewers. Notably, the new ‘Send to CaseMap’ feature enables direct two-way integration between these two market leading eDiscovery products.

The advanced bi-directional integration allows users to directly link and transfer audio and video files between Nexidia ESI and CaseMap. From LexisNexis, CaseMap is a leading case analysis tool used by hundreds of law firms and regulatory agencies. The advanced integration allows users to transfer files between applications, listen to relevant recordings directly from the Nexidia platform, re-run searches, and rapidly analyze large volumes of audio and video content. This allows users to get the full benefit of the Nexidia audio discovery environment while also keeping all relevant files in a primary CaseMap repository for trial preparation.

Nexidia ESI 8.3 also provides direct integration with AudioFinder, Nexidia’s desktop-based review tool. As a single-user, stand-alone application, AudioFinder provides full media review capabilities to users in locations that cannot be served with a network-based solution like ESI. Now with a tighter integration between these two applications, organizations can deploy Nexidia ESI in a central location to quickly process massive volumes of audio and video, and then farm out smaller data sets to remote locations for review with AudioFinder. This allows organizations that cannot deploy Nexidia ESI across a network to still benefit from the scalability and accuracy of the full Nexidia audio discovery solution set.

“The advanced integration between Nexidia ESI 8.3 and these other applications is another example of Nexidia’s commitment to provide premier audio discovery solutions,” said Jeff Schlueter, Vice President of Legal Market for Nexidia. “These enhancements are in direct response to requests from our legal and regulatory clients, and they provide the most streamlined and effective review environment possible for audio and video evidence.”
