WhiteHorse Capital Provides a First Lien Term Loan to Core BTS
STAMFORD – March 2, 2021 – WhiteHorse Capital, the direct lending affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, a leading global alternative assets investment firm with $43 billion of equity capital under management, provided a first lien term loan to support Tailwind Capital’s (“Tailwind”) and Core BTS, Inc.’s (“Core BTS”) acquisition of Skyline Technologies, LLC.
