WhiteHorse Capital Provides a New Senior Secured Credit Facility to geoLOGIC Systems Ltd.
STAMFORD – February 10, 2020 – WhiteHorse Capital, the direct lending affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, a leading global private equity and alternative assets investment firm with over $35 billion of equity capital under management, announced today that it has provided a new senior secured credit facility to geoLOGIC Systems Ltd. (“geoLOGIC” or the “Company”). geoLOGIC is a subscription-based technology company providing comprehensive software, data and information services to the energy industry in Canada . geoLOGIC is currently owned by BV Investment Partners, LP (“BV” or the “Sponsor”).
