WhiteHorse Capital Provides a New Senior Secured Term Loan to Source Code Holdings

NEW YORK – September 27, 2021 – WhiteHorse Capital, the direct lending affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, a leading global alternative investment firm with over $45 billion of equity capital under management, provided a new $225 million senior secured term loan facility to support Cerberus Capital Management’s (“Cerberus” or the “Sponsor”) acquisition of Source Code Holdings, LLC (“Source Code” or the “Company”).
