WhiteHorse Capital Provides Financing to Aeyon, LLC
MIAMI – March 10, 2022 – WhiteHorse Capital has provided a $36.5 million term loan to Aeyon, LLC (“Aeyon” or the “Company”) to support Enlightenment Capital (“EnCap” or the “Sponsor”) and the Company in completing two add-on acquisitions. Aeyon is a mid-tier government contractor serving the Aerospace, Defense, Government & Technology (“ADG&T”) sectors.
