WhiteHorse Capital Provides Financing to Avision Sales Group
CHICAGO – March 16, 2022 – WhiteHorse Capital (“WhiteHorse”) provided a $105 million Senior Secured Credit Facility to support the add-on acquisition of OneSolution by Avision Sales Group (“Avision”), a portfolio company of Osceola Capital Management.
