WhiteHorse Capital Provides Financing to Prime Electric
January 28, 2026 – WhiteHorse Capital is pleased to announce that it has provided a new first lien credit facility as lead arranger and administrative agent in support of Truelink Capital’s (“Truelink”) acquisition of Prime Electric (“Prime” or the “Company”). Based in Bellevue, WA, Prime Electric is a full-service electrical contractor, providing electrical construction design, installation, and maintenance services. The Company primarily operates in the Pacific Northwest and Northern California, serving over 2,000 commercial customers across various end markets, including office space, biotech, data centers, healthcare, and more.
