WhiteHorse Capital Provides New Credit Facility to Zep, Inc.
August 1, 2025 – WhiteHorse Capital is pleased to announce that it has agented a new first lien credit facility in support of Truelink Capital’s (“Truelink”) acquisition of Zep, Inc (“Zep” or “the Company”). Founded in 1937 and headquartered in Atlanta, GA, Zep is an integrated cleaning and sanitation provider offering a suite of non-discretionary MRO solutions. Zep maintains a portfolio of high-efficacy cleaning product formulas serving customers in the food & beverage, retail, and industrial end-markets. The Company operates a scaled platform with more than 1,400 employees, 23 facilities worldwide, and a diversified customer base.
