WhiteHorse Capital Provides New Credit Facility to ZS Fund L.P.
WhiteHorse Capital has agented a first lien credit facility in support of ZS Fund L.P.’s (“ZS Fund”) acquisition of Lily Transportation Corp. (“Lily”). Lily became an affiliate of Transervice Logistics, Inc. (“Transervice”), an existing portfolio company of ZS Fund L.P. as a result of this transaction.
