On Target Laboratories (OTL) is a West Lafayette, Indiana based specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the discovery and development of proprietary small molecules that target and illuminate cells, differentiating healthy from diseased tumor cells. This illumination enables surgeons to more accurately identify stage, surgically excise, treat and monitor diseases from cancer to auto-immune and inflammatory disease. The company’s technology is based on the pioneering work of Dr. Philip Low, the Ralph C. Corley Distinguished Professor of Chemistry at Purdue University and Director of the Purdue University Center for Drug Discovery. The company’s lead asset, OTL38, is in a Phase 3 trial for ovarian cancer surgery and in a Phase 2 trial for lung cancer surgery.
