Adam is a Principal in WhiteHorse Capital’s New York office. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including structuring, underwriting, and execution of senior, unitranche, and second lien debt for private equity-sponsored and non-sponsored transactions.

Adam has ten years of experience in leveraged finance across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining WhiteHorse, he worked for Wells Fargo Securities and RBC Capital Markets.

Adam earned a B.S. in Economics from Northeastern University and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.
