Ana is a Principal and the Head of Legal and Compliance at H.I.G. Latin America, based in Rio de Janeiro. She is responsible for leading all legal and compliance affairs for H.I.G. LatAm.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Ana was a Legal Director at GP Investments, focusing on private equity-related transactions. She held similar positions at VELT Investimentos and began her career at Barbosa, Mussnich & Aragão Advogados, a first-tier law firm in São Paulo.

Ana earned her Law degree from University of São Paulo – USP.
