Andrew Liau Managing Director & Head of Europe Infrastructure

Andrew is a Managing Director and Head of Europe Infrastructure based in H.I.G.’s London office. He has over 20 years of experience in private equity and investment banking.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Andrew was a Senior Managing Director in the infrastructure group at Ardian, where he led a number of successful core plus investments. Prior to Ardian, he was a founding member of First State Investments’ European infrastructure team. Andrew began his career at RBC, where he worked on infrastructure financings.

Andrew earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
