Andrew is a Principal in H.I.G.’s San Francisco office. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including origination, transaction structuring, financing, and execution of post-closing growth strategies.

Andrew has over a decade of experience in private equity and M&A, with investments spanning multiple industries, including technology, business services, specialty distribution, and consumer services. Prior to joining H.I.G., Andrew worked at Riverarch Equity Partners, where he focused on investing in lower-middle market businesses. He began his career in the M&A group at BMO Capital Markets.

Andrew earned his M.B.A. from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and received his undergraduate degree from Ohio University.
