Andrew is a Managing Director in H.I.G.’s Capital Formation team. He is based in the New York office and focuses on capital raising and investor relations activities.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Andrew was a Partner at Mercury Capital Advisors, where he co-headed origination and project management for North America.  Prior to Mercury, Andrew worked at PNC Capital Markets in the Structured Products Group and the Financial Institutions Group.

Andrew earned his B.S. in Finance, with honors, from Georgetown University.
