Andy is a Managing Director at H.I.G. WhiteHorse based in the London office. Andy focuses on the UK and is responsible for all aspects of private debt transactions, including deal origination, transaction structuring and negotiation, and post-closing portfolio management. Andy has 19 years of experience in Leveraged Finance.

Prior to joining H.I.G. Whitehorse, Andy worked at NatWest as a Managing Director in Mid-Cap Leveraged Finance. Previously, Andy worked at Bank of Ireland and Société Générale.

Andy holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Wales and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ireland.
