Andy McNair is an Operating Partner on H.I.G.’s Strategy & Transformation team, based in Fairfax, Virginia. He supports value creation and transformation initiatives for portfolio companies in the firm’s U.S. private equity funds.

Andy has more than 15 years of strategy and operations experience across a broad range of sectors, including CPG, B2B, and senior living. Prior to joining H.I.G., Andy served as Vice President, Transformation & Strategic Initiatives at Sunrise Senior Living and held multiple General Manager roles at Kimberly-Clark Professional across the U.S. and Southeast Asia. Earlier in his career, he worked at McKinsey & Company and Sidley Austin LLP.

Andy earned an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, a J.D. from Harvard Law School, and a B.S. from the University of Florida.
