Austin Gerber Principal

Austin is a Principal on H.I.G.’s GP Solutions team. He is based in the firm’s New York office and focuses on sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and executing secondary transactions.

Austin has nine years of experience in Secondaries across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining H.I.G., Austin spent over eight years at Morgan Stanley’s Secondaries platform, most recently as an Executive Director. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Austin worked at Pavilion Alternatives Group, where he focused on investing in funds, secondaries, and co-investments.

He earned a B.S. in Physics from the University of Richmond.
