Brad is a Principal in H.I.G.’s Miami office. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including origination, transaction structuring, financing, and execution of post-closing growth, operational, and add-on acquisition strategies.

With over a decade of experience in private equity and M&A, Brad has executed investments across several industries, including healthcare, industrials, and business services.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Brad worked at Goldman Sachs & Co., focusing on M&A transactions, capital raises, and other strategic initiatives.

Brad earned his M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his undergraduate degree from The University of Miami with a B.S. in Finance, Accounting, and Mathematics.
