Brandon Cohen Managing Director

Brandon is a Managing Director in H.I.G.’s Small-Cap and Growth Fund, where he is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including deal origination, transaction structuring, and post-closing growth and operational initiatives. He is based in the Miami office.

Brandon has private equity investing experience across a range of industries, including consumer, business services, and healthcare. He currently serves on the board of directors of several H.I.G. portfolio companies.

Brandon has over a decade of experience in private equity and M&A. Prior to joining H.I.G., he worked for Brockway Moran Partners, where he also developed operating experience as a member of the executive management team of MD Now Urgent Care, a Brockway portfolio company. Brandon began his career in the Global Consumer group of Barclays Capital.

Brandon earned his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida.
