Brian is a Principal in H.I.G.’s Miami office. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including origination, transaction structuring, financing, and execution of post-closing growth and operational initiatives.

Brian has over a decade of experience in private equity and M&A across a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, chemicals, and business services. Prior to joining H.I.G., Brian worked at Solomon Partners, focusing on M&A transactions, capital raises, and other strategic initiatives.

Brian earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics, magna cum laude, from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
