Brogan Matthews Principal

Brogan is a Principal in H.I.G.’s Boston office, where he is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, transaction structuring, and execution of post-closing growth, operational, and add-on acquisition strategies.

Brogan has over a decade of experience in private equity and M&A across a wide range of industries, with a focus on the industrials and business services sectors. Prior to joining H.I.G., Brogan was an investment banker at Allen & Company, where he advised clients on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions as well as capital raises.

Brogan earned a B.S. in Finance and Philosophy, summa cum laude, from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
