Gary Droscoski is a Managing Director in H.I.G.’s Capital Formation Group. He is based in the Stamford and New York offices, and focuses on capital raising and insurance solutions in North America, across several of H.I.G.’s investment strategies.

Gary has over 25 years of experience in institutional sales. Prior to joining H.I.G., he was a member of the Business Development teams at PGIM Private Alternatives and New York Life Investments. Previously, Gary was a Managing Director and Head of Business Development, North America at GAM Investments.

Gary earned an M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut and a B.B.A. from Hofstra University.
