George Webster Managing Director & Head of North America Partner Advisory

George Webster is a Managing Director and Head of North America Partner Advisory for H.I.G.’s Capital Formation Group. Based in New York, George is responsible for capital raising and investor relations activities in North America across the firm's global private equity strategies.

Prior to joining H.I.G., George was a member of the Investor Relations team at Tiger Global Management and a Senior Vice President at Eaton Partners, a global placement firm. Previously, he was a Vice President in the Financial Sponsors Group at Morgan Stanley and began his career with RBC Capital Markets and the Royal Bank of Canada.

George earned an M.B.A. from Emory University and a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
