Jack Kelleher Principal

Jack is a Principal in WhiteHorse Capital’s New York office. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including structuring, underwriting, and execution of senior, unitranche, and second lien debt for private equity-sponsored and non-sponsored transactions, primarily within the TMT (Telcom, Media, and Technology) sector.

Jack has worked in the leveraged finance industry since 2014 with a primary focus on middle market companies. He has executed investments across a wide range of industries including food and beverage, consumer products, business services, telecom, and software. Prior to joining WhiteHorse, Jack held similar roles at Capital One, where he focused on underwriting and executing Private Equity backed middle market debt financings.

Jack earned a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Fordham University. He is a CFA Charterholder (inactive).
