Jay Maher Global Chief Operating Officer

Jay Maher is H.I.G.’s Global Chief Operating Officer and is based in Miami where he focuses on managing the operational priorities of the firm.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Jay spent his career in the fund administration industry focusing on private equity. Most recently he was the CEO of Mainstream U.S. until it was acquired by Apex. Prior to that, Jay was the Global Head of Private Equity Services at SS&C and a founding partner of Northport Partnership Services.

Jay received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rowan University.
