John Harroff Managing Director

John is a Managing Director based in the New York office of H.I.G. Capital. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including sourcing, transaction structuring, financing, and execution of post-closing growth and operational strategies.

John has private equity investing experience across a wide range of industries including consumer, healthcare, business services, and industrials. He currently serves on the board of directors of several H.I.G. portfolio companies. Prior to joining H.I.G., John worked for Riverside Partners, focusing on control investments in the healthcare and technology sectors. He began his career at BMO Capital Markets, in the healthcare investment banking group.

John received his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his undergraduate degree from Brown University.
