Josh Weinman is a Principal based in H.I.G.’s San Francisco office. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including origination, transaction structuring, financing, and the execution of post-closing growth, operational, and add-on acquisition strategies.

With over a decade of experience in private equity and M&A, Josh has executed investments across various industries, including technology, media, and business services.

​Prior to joining H.I.G., he worked at Technology Crossover Ventures, where he focused on investing in leading technology businesses. Josh began his career in investment banking at Shea & Company. He earned his undergraduate degree from Babson College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
