Lawrence Penfold Director

Lawrence Penfold is a Director based in H.I.G.’s London office. Lawrence has 20 years of experience and works on H.I.G.’s real estate asset management team, specializing in U.K. and European real estate.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Lawrence was a Senior Asset Manager and UK Sector Lead of Logistics at AXA IM Alts – Real Assets, managing over £1 billion of assets in multi-sector and value-add development projects. He began his career in London at Mapeley Estates Ltd.

Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Science in Investment and Finance in Property from the University of Reading. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
