Lennart Bachmann Director

Lennart is a Director in H.I.G. Europe's Hamburg office, where he focuses on private equity and growth equity investments across a range of industries. Lennart is responsible for all aspects of the investment process.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Lennart was a Senior Consultant at McKinsey & Company in Hamburg, where he advised private equity clients on commercial due diligence and portfolio value creation initiatives. Before that, Lennart worked in Roland Berger’s Restructuring & Corporate Finance practice.

Lennart holds an M.Sc. in Management from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and ESCP Business School in Paris.
