Matt is a Principal at H.I.G. Realty based in H.I.G.'s New York office, he is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, transaction structuring, financing, and post-closing execution of commercial real estate investments throughout the United States.

Matt has over 10 years of experience in the real estate and finance industries. Prior to joining H.I.G., Matt worked at Wells Fargo Securities, the investment banking division of Wells Fargo, where he focused on the execution of debt, equity, and M&A transactions.

Matt holds a B.S. from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate.
