Maximilien is a Director at H.I.G. WhiteHorse. He focuses on the origination and execution of direct lending opportunities in the UK, the Nordics, and across the rest of Europe. Maximilien is responsible for all aspects of the investment process.

Prior to joining H.I.G. WhiteHorse, Maximilien was part of TPG Capital / Sixth Street’s European direct lending team, where he primarily focused on technology. Before that, he worked at Lazard in both the Mergers & Acquisitions and Restructuring divisions.

Max received a B.Sc. in Economics and Finance from the University of Bristol.
