Michael Perl Principal

Michael is a Principal in H.I.G. Capital’s Boston office. He focuses on LBO investments and is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including deal origination, transaction structuring, and post-closing growth and operational initiatives.

Michael’s private equity investing experience includes a wide range of industries, such as business services, manufacturing, and healthcare. Prior to joining H.I.G., Michael worked at Charlesbank Capital Partners on their industrials team. He began his career in the Global Industrials Group of Goldman Sachs.

Michael earned his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and received a B.S. in Chemistry from Princeton University.
