Rahul Ketkar Principal

Rahul is a Principal in H.I.G. Capital’s Advantage Fund, where he focuses on investing in growth-oriented companies.

Rahul has nearly 15 years of public and private equity investing experience, has served on the board of multiple portfolio companies, and has made investments across a wide range of industries, including consumer and retail, business services, industrials, and technology. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including origination, transaction structuring, financing, and post-closing governance.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Rahul worked at 3G Capital, where he was involved with the firm’s public and private investments, including serving as a senior executive at Restaurant Brands International. He began his career as a consultant in Accenture Strategy’s M&A practice.

Rahul earned a B.A. in Biological Sciences from Northwestern University.
