Rahul Vinnakota Managing Director & Co-Head of H.I.G. Advantage

Rahul Vinnakota is Managing Director and Co-Head of H.I.G. Advantage, based in New York. As Co-Head of H.I.G. Advantage, Rahul oversees all of the day to day personnel, investment, and portfolio management activities of its funds.

Rahul has over 20 years of experience investing in and advising middle-market companies. In addition to fund management responsibilities, Rahul is also focused on the industrial services, distribution, industrial technology, and light manufacturing sectors.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Rahul worked in middle-market private equity at Tailwind Capital. Rahul began his career in middle-market mergers and acquisitions with J.P. Morgan and Brown Brothers Harriman.

Rahul received his B.A., with honors, in Economics from Duke University and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and the Trinity College Board of Visitors at Duke.
