Richard Treacy Director

Richard Treacy is a Director in the H.I.G. Real Estate Fund Europe and is based in London, where he focuses on platform creation, opportunistic, and value-add real estate opportunities. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution of transactions.

Richard works on real estate investment activities across Europe, special situations, and structured credit (preferred equity and mezzanine financings), with a focus on multiple asset classes in the UK & Ireland.

He has 10 years of industry experience across the real estate and investment banking industry, having covered a range of industries. Prior to joining H.I.G., he was at Citi UK Investment Banking M&A team working across sectors with a focus on P2P takeovers, buy-side and sell-side advisory, and corporate advisory on behalf of private equity, FTSE listed and privately held companies.

Richard holds an B.Sc. in Economics and Finance from the University College Dublin.
